Privacy Policy
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy covers the getamazednow.ai website and our business correspondence. How we handle customer telemetry in engagements is governed separately by each engagement's data-processing agreement — see Trust & Security.
Where analytics stops. Web analytics runs only on this public marketing site. Authenticated surfaces — anywhere a customer or partner signs in to use the platform — carry no third-party analytics, advertising tags or trackers of any kind. Product telemetry there is governed solely by the engagement's data contract.
What this website collects
- Google Analytics 4 — we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). It sets cookies and collects device identifiers and IP-derived data, processed by Google under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the GA opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. We use no advertising features or remarketing.
- Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads its font files.
- Hosting logs — our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) for security and operations.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email us or connect on LinkedIn, we hold your name, contact details and correspondence for the purpose of responding and managing our business relationship. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Retention and your rights
We keep business correspondence only as long as the relationship or the law requires. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing duane@getamazednow.ai. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
